General Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field from a leading university
Minimum 5 years of experience in the premium automotive or motorsport industry
Proficiency in English; Italian language skills are a strong advantage
Willingness to relocate to Maranello, Italy or assigned location
A well-documented track record of innovation and measurable impact
